Fall Family Photoshoot: Capturing the golden warmth of autumn, this magical evening at Ed Levin County Park perfectly showcased the joy, love, and playful spirit of this beautiful family. After the initial hiccup of coordinating the location due to no network at one of the parking spots, the wonderful sunset and the golden glow created a magical backdrop for this session later filled with laughter and love.

The best combination: Fall backdrop and golden hour

The autumn scenery provided a stunning canvas, with fallen leaves scattered around and soft sunlight filtering through the trees. The family’s coordinated outfits in warm, neutral tones with touches of floral print perfectly complemented the seasonal setting.

Photographers and Toddlers

Little moments made this session special – the toddler’s infectious giggles as she was lifted into the air, the older child’s playful energy, and the tender moments between parent and child.

Photographing toddlers is a challenge in the best way possible, and they are truly some of my favorite sessions! Their energy, curiosity, and raw emotions make for the most authentic and heartwarming family moments. You wouldn’t believe how toddlers keep us photographers on our toes during a session, just by looking at the final photos!

So don’t stress about your own photoshoot; just show up and enjoy the shoot, leaving all the worries to the person behind the camera – that’s me!

Also, I am always super glad when we are able to capture some really sweet mom and child moments even in a short mini-session!
